Delivery & Returns

Pick ups

Please write your preferred pick up date and time in the shipping details when completing your order. Please select your pick up time carefully as you will not be able to change this once the order has been processed. Once you have submitted and paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email with the pick up address. It is your responsibility to collect your arrangement at your chosen time and date, as we will not accommodate any last minute changes. If you do not show up at your selected time, your arrangement will be left at the front for you to collect. Any damage or loss of arrangement is no longer our responsibility once it is left outside for you.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address to deliver your arrangements. Please choose a delivery time when someone will be home as leaving your arrangement outdoors may cause it to get damaged. In the event that no one is home at the time of the delivery, we will leave your arrangement at the front door and send the purchaser a photo of the delivered arrangement. Once the arrangement has been delivered, it is no longer our responsibility and any damage or loss of items will be at the buyers expense.

Enchanted Blooms currently offers shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.

All orders will be shipped through Australia Post.

Australia metro delivery timeframe; 3-7 business days. Regional delivery timeframe; 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post at no fault of Enchanted Blooms.

Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post is then responsible for delivering your order to you safely and without any damages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on our silk or preserved arrangements. Our preserved arrangements are made with real, preserved and dried flowers and as no two flowers are identical, there may be slight variations in the shape, size and colour of them. Please be aware that colours may differ in real life due to the lighting in the photo and the colour variation of the flowers themselves. Once your arrangement has been picked up/delivered, any damage to them is no longer our responsibility.
