Frequently asked questions

  • How do I care for my arrangement?
    Our flowers require very little care but we want to make sure they stay looking fab for you! To ensure this, please: -Keep your arrangement out of direct sunlight -Keep your arrangement dry -Try not to touch your flowers -Use a hairdryer on the lowest and coolest setting to remove dust from flowers These care tips are apply to both preserved and silk flower arrangements!
  • Can I exchange my arrangement or get a refund?
    We do not offer exchanges or refunds so please choose carefully when purchasing.
  • Where do I pick up my arrangement?
    We are located in Koolkhan NSW 2460. Once you have purchased your arrangement, you will receive a confirmation email with our address in it.
  • Can I order a custom flowers?
    We would love to create some gorgeous flowers custom to you! Feel free to add any specific colours you would prefer in your arrangement in the order notes and we will do our best to cater to your specifications. For any specific custom orders send us an email at enchantedbloomscontact@gmail.com or fill out an enquiry!
  • Do you accept large orders?
    Yes, we would love to do large/bulk orders of arrangements for any occasion or business needs! Just send us an email at enchantedbloomscontact@gmail.com with the number of arrangements, colour scheme and your price budget, or fill out an enquiry and we will get back to you!
  • Do I need to water my arrangement?
    No, you do not need to water your arrangement as the flowers are preserved, dried or silk, and must not get wet. Less maintenance for you!
  • How long will my arrangement last?
    Your preserved flower arrangements can last up to 5 years if it is cared for correctly! Please note that over time you may notice a slight discolouration/ fading of the flowers. This is completely normal as the flowers are still a real, natural product and though they should last for a few years, they won't last forever! Our silk flower arrangements will last as long as you do! There is absolutely no upkeep with these flowers so they will be just as beautiful as the day you get them! Just make sure to keep them out of direct sunlight as this will cause the colours to fade.
  • Do you ship your arrangements?
    Yes! We are now able to offer shipping on all our preserved arrangements Australia wide, and our silk flowers to Australia, NZ, USA and Canada!
  • Where does Enchanted Blooms deliver to?
    We are located in Koolkhan NSW 2460 and deliver to surrounding suburbs within a 15km radius at an extra cost.
  • When will I receive my order?
    All of our flowers will be shipped through Australia Post. Australia metro delivery timeframe; 3-7 business days. Regional delivery timeframe; 7-10 business days. NZ, USA & Canada metro delivery timeframe ; 7-15 business days Please keep in mind all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post at no fault of Enchanted Blooms. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific time that you will receive your flowers and always suggest ordering ahead of time to ensure you receive them before you need them!
